Shaina defends media clients against a wide range of claims, including defamation and invasion of privacy, and assists clients in obtaining access to court and government records.
Prior to joining LSKS, Shaina served as a law clerk to the Honorable Raymond A. Jackson of the United States District Court for the Eastern District of Virginia. Before beginning her legal career, Shaina worked as an assistant news desk producer for NBC Network News and MSNBC in Washington, DC.
